GetFiled is operated by Paperless App Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
The service provides compliance reminders and deadline tracking for UK limited company directors, using data sourced from the Companies House public API. GetFiled helps you stay aware of your filing obligations (confirmation statements, accounts deadlines, PSC register updates, and officer changes) in one place.
GetFiled is not a law firm, accountant, or filing agent. We do not file documents on your behalf and we do not provide legal or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for meeting your legal obligations as a company director.
By using GetFiled you agree to the following:
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues receipts, and handles VAT on our behalf.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Compliance data displayed in GetFiled is sourced from the Companies House public API and is provided for informational purposes only. We update this data regularly but cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Companies House data may be delayed, incomplete, or in error. GetFiled reminders are prompts to check your obligations. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee you will be compliant.
You remain solely responsible for meeting your legal obligations as a director. If you are uncertain about your filing obligations, consult a qualified accountant or solicitor.
GetFiled is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Paperless App Ltd is not liable for any missed deadlines, fines, penalties, or other losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service, or from your inability to access the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
